Service Description: Our mobile notary service provides assistance with the notarization of legal documents, fingerprinting, and apostille facilitation at a location convenient for the client. This service is available for individuals, businesses, and organizations in need of our services.
Appointment Scheduling: Clients can schedule appointments for notarization, fingerprinting, and apostille facilitation services by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by both parties. An invoice for service will be sent within the confirmation email. Full payment of invoice is required to be received prior for appointment confirmation. You will receive a phone call to go over the details of the requested service appointment.
State and Shipping Fee: State fees are fees that the state charges for apostille. Shipping fee is the responsibility of the client to cover. The fee
will be disclosed to the client prior to moving on to the next step. Once they are paid, an email confirmation will be sent to the email on file and letting the client know the next steps.
Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. The following terms apply:

Identification Requirements: Clients must present valid government-issued identification at the time of notarization for all signers and witnesses. Identification documents are sufficient if they are current or expired not more than three (3) years before the performance of the notarial act. Passport, driver’s license, government-issued, non-driver identification card, or another form of government-issued identification, which contains the individual’s signature and a photograph of the individual’s face and is satisfactory to the notary office. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if the client fails to provide acceptable identification.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must arrive on time, valid ID, all requires documents for service, and ensure all required parties are present. If delays occur beyond 15 minutes, an additional waiting fee may apply.
Document Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents to be notarized are complete and accurate. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the document is ready for notarization. The notary will not provide legal advice or verify the contents of the document.
Witness Requirement: If witness(es) are required for the notarization of a document, clients must arrange for witnesses to be present at the scheduled appointment time. Witness(es) must be 18 years of age and not the same last name of the signer(s). If the notary provides a witness, there will be a $75 charge for each witness.
Limitations: The notary is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or review the content of the documents. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if documents appear incomplete, fraudulent, or if the signer is unwilling, unaware, or does not present proper identification.
Liability: While every effort will be made to provide accurate and reliable notarial services, All My Notary Solutions, LLC, the notaries nor the technicians, are not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the notarization process.
Confidentiality: All client information and documents will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey and any disputes arising from the notarization services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hudson County Superior Courts.
